Pharmacological Actions
1. Alpha arbutin is not easy to be decomposed by beta glucosidase on the surface of skin.
2. Its effect in inhibiting melanin is 10 times better than those similarly existing activators for skin whitening and removing beverage like beta arbutin.
3. As the alpha arbutin can remain for a long time in different parts of our body, it can protect our skin from damage.
4. It can rapidly permeate the skin without affecting the proliferation concentration of skin cells and efficiently inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in skin, thus preventing the forming of melanin.
5. By uniting with tyrosinase, the alpha arbutin can accelerate the decomposition and excretion of melanin, reducing the deposition of pigment in the skin and eliminating patches and freckles.
