Pharmacological Actions
1. The huperzia serrata extract is similar to neostigmine, but it has a longer duration time.
2. It can selectively inhibit the true cholinesterase. The intensity of the inhibition is thousands of times of pseudo-cholinesterase and the way of inhabitation is mixed by combing competitive and non-competitive inhibition.
